Center for Soft Power an initiative of Indic Academy for promoting Indian soft power is pleased to welcome Sanjay Anandaram as the co-founder of NICE (Network of Indian Cultural Enterprises).
Over the last few years, CSP has incubated the idea of NICE and incorporated a separate Sec 8 company for this purpose in February 2019. The idea of NICE is to nurture cultural and creative entrepreneurs, build an ecosystem of industry experts and mentors, develop a global network of angel investors and also act as an advocacy platform. NICE is now being hived off as an independently run organization with its own governance structure with an initial set up grant of Rs 1 crore from CSP. Hari Kiran will continue on board of NICE as its Founder.
Commenting on the development Vijayalakshmi Vijayakumar, Director for CSP said “ We are extremely pleased with Sanjay Anandaram coming on Board to steer NICE to fulfill its purpose. Our job as an incubator is now completed and NICE will now operate as an independent entity. We look forward to exciting times in the cultural and creative entrepreneurship space.
