After completing his studies, Sourav embarked on a path that allowed him to work with celebrated designers and fashion brands. These valuable experiences exposed him to different design philosophies, techniques, and industry standards. Collaborating with seasoned professionals provided him with an understanding of the fashion industry and business insights. He also honed his skills as a designer.

However, it was his interactions with artisans that left an indelible mark on Sourav’s creative journey. This hands-on experience instilled in him a deep respect for the artisans’ mastery and a commitment to preserving their traditional craftsmanship.

Beyond artisanal clusters, he has built partnerships with eminent digital personalities as well such as Malvika Mohanan, which has enhanced Das’s brand visibility.
