Hari Kiran Vadlamani is a venture investor and a social entrepreneur. He is the founder of Indic Academy (IA), an institution that is seeking to build a renaissance based on Indic civilisational thought.
Ravi Mantha is an eclectic mix of a health guru, angel investor, and sustainability advocate. A highly engaging speaker, he has spoken at several TEDx events around the world.
After an 18 year successful career in investment management in Boston and London, Ravi switched careers and became an author and wellness expert. His first book – All About Bacteria – published in 2012 by HarperCollins was the first to talk about the positive role of bacteria in the human body. His second book – The Baby Elephant Diet: A Modern Indian Guide to Eating Right”, has been published by Rupa in September 2015, and talks about the right way to approach nutrition and health.
Ravi is also the official translator from Gujarati to English of “A Journey: Poems by Narendra Modi”, a best-selling book of poetry that he completed while working on the Prime Minister’s successful election campaign.
Ravi is also an organic farmer and the founder of Sage Organics in Hyderabad. He is the Director and acting CFO of Bollant Industries, a leading producer of recycled paper from municipal waste. He is also co-founder of Surge Impact Foundation, an initiative to accelerate entrepreneurs in social impact. He has invested in 26 start-ups. He serves on several corporate boards.
He holds a B.A in liberal arts from the University of Puget Sound in Washington State and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from the CFA Institute in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Arunima Gupta is Principal at the Network of Indian Cultural Enterprises. Her commentaries on India’s soft power and foreign policy have been published on various domestic and international media platforms. She holds a Master’s in International Relations from Leiden University, the Netherlands and a Bachelor’s in History from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi University. Prior to joining NICE, Arunima headed Centre for Strategic and Foreign Relations at Vision India Foundation.
Tejas Dalvi, CFA, is Chief Investment Officer at Cause First Ventures Pte Ltd, a family office based in Singapore. Tejas has 13 years’ experience in financial services on both Buy and Sell-side environments. Tejas has extensively invested in public markets as well as Private Equity (PE). Tejas is a member of CFA Institute USA, MBA and qualified CA from India.
